Dear dancers and teachers!

We invite you to take part in the last international tournament of the outgoing summer:

Super Grand Prix On-Line Stars Gala and Batlle of *8 Grand Prix Champions

*  for Juveniles, juniors, youth, under 21, Adults - Solo and Dance couples

Date: 19-20.09.2020

- Diplomas  for all participants will be send by e-mail with signatures of World Dance Stars

- For finalists- free online lessons with Top World Teachers;

- For winners 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in categories marked with * - Gift Vouchers in the amount of 150 euros and 100 euros for participation in international training camps organized throughout the year in different countries of the world;

- Champion in the „Battle of 8 Grand Prix Champions will be awarded with free participation in International Competition and training Camp in Antalya(Turkey) in 5* Hotel  all inclusive in october 2020.

Entry fee: 10 eur (330 UAH) per person per category

Participants performances and judges will take place in real time!

An open judging system: At the end of the category judges marks will shown immediately.

The FlyMark online results system will be displayed on the competition page, with the ability to view events, qualifying rounds, and judges marks (after the competition is over).

Competition Rules:

By participating in online competitions you agree to the following terms:

1. In the absence of an internet connection from the participant during the on-line competitions funds are not refundable.
2. In case of poor (not sufficient) quality of internet connection from the participant during the on-line competitions funds are not refundable.
3. In the absence of a connection to a participant before the scheduled start time of a category, the participant will be withdrawn from the competition without the possibility of a refund.
4. In the absence of an internet connection or poor (not sufficient) quality on the side of the organizers of the competition, which led to the inability to run an online competition for all participants - the money will be refunded in full, except for the service fee.
5. The on-line competition program will be published on the competition page on www.flymark.com.ua, as well as on social networks.
6. By participating in the competitions, you consent to the online broadcast of the FlyMark YouTube channel. If the participant is a minor, the registration and consent is provided by the parents.
7. The dancer is obliged to wear the appropriate (dance style) costume and to have the appropriate (dance style) appearance during the performance.
8. Dancers eliminated in the qualifying rounds will be excluded from the conference and will be able to continue their live broadcast on FlyMark on Youtube.
9. The dancers or their parents (guardians) are responsible for the performance and health of the participants.

Instructions for participants:

- Before the competition, download and install Zoom - https://zoom.us/support/download

- In this case of using Zoom in the browser (without installed program), the participant or his/her representative shall be responsible for the quality and operation of the Zoom application.

- After installing Zoom, you must go to the Video settings and enable "Hide non-video participants" option.

- Check your Internet connection according to Zoom requirements: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en/articles/201362023-System-Requirements-for-PC-Mac-and-Linux.

In case the Internet connection does not meet these requirements, there may be a lack of Internet quality for the participant's performance.

- Before the competition (in 1-2 days) get your starting number from competition  page. Conference number will be sended to email or ask it from your coach.

- 30 min before the start of the your competition time, restart the device that has Zoom installed (to avoid technical problems with operating systems, as well as updates of certain programs)

- 30 min before the competition restart the Internet source (router, modem, etc.).

- Make sure that all other users are disconnected from the Internet source before the conference is closed.

- 30 min before scheduled time of your competition, connect to the specified conference, MANDATORY using the start number as a name when you enter. A participant who has entered the conference but cannot be identified will be disqualified. Communication, audio and camera quality will be checked.

- If possible, we recommend placing the camera horizontally. Removal of the participant by another person during the performance is allowed. The participant should be fully placed in the image during the performance. Make sure that the camera is locked.

- Keep track of the announcement of your number when competing. The presenter will ask you to turn on the camera on your device, which you need to confirm to make a speech.

Награждение сразу после окончания конкурса в каждой категории.

Правила конкурса:

 Принимая участие в онлайн-соревнованиях, вы соглашаетесь со следующими условиями:

1. При отсутствии интернет-соединения от участника во время он-лайн соревнований средства не возвращаются.
2. В случае низкого (недостаточного) качества интернет-соединения от участника во время он-лайн соревнований средства не возвращаются.
3. При отсутствии связи с участником до запланированного времени начала категории участник будет снят с конкурса без возможности возврата.
4. При отсутствии интернет-соединения или плохом (недостаточном) качестве со стороны организаторов конкурса, что привело к невозможности проведения онлайн-конкурса для всех участников - деньги будут возвращены в полном объеме, за исключением сервисного сбора.
5. Он-лайн программа будет опубликована на странице конкурса на www.flymark.com.ua, а также в социальных сетях.
6. Участвуя в соревнованиях, вы соглашаетесь на онлайн-трансляцию на канале FlyMark на YouTube. Если участник несовершеннолетний, регистрация и согласие предоставляются родителями.
7. Танцор обязан приготовить соответствующий костюм (танцевальный стиль) и иметь соответствующий внешний вид (танцевальный стиль) во время выступления.
8. Танцоры, выбывшие из отборочных туров, будут исключены из конференции и смогут продолжить прямую трансляцию на FlyMark на Youtube.
9. Танцоры или их родители (опекуны) несут ответственность за работоспособность и здоровье участников.

Инструкции для участников:

- Перед соревнованиями скачайте и установите Zoom - https://zoom.us/support/download

- В случае использования Zoom в браузере (без установленной программы). участник или его / ее представитель несет ответственность за качество и работу приложения Zoom.

- После установки Zoom необходимо перейти в настройки видео и включить опцию «Скрыть участников без видео».

- Проверьте подключение к Интернету в соответствии с требованиями Zoom:

В случае, если подключение к Интернету не соответствует этим требованиям, может быть недостаточное качество Интернета для выступления участника.

- Перед соревнованиями (в течение 1-2 дней) получите от своего тренера свой стартовый номер с помощью уведомления (электронная почта, Viber, WhatsApp, социальная сеть и т. Д.), Номер конференции и пароль. Также данные будут высланы на ел.адреса, указанные участникам при оплате регистрации.

- за 30 мин до начала соревнований перезапустите устройство с установленным Zoom (чтобы избежать технических проблем с операционными системами, а также обновления некоторых программ)

- за 30 мин до начала соревнований перезапустите интернет-источник (роутер, модем и т. Д.).

- Убедитесь, что все остальные пользователи в вашей квартире отключены от интернет-источника до закрытия конференции.

- За 30 мин до времени выступления подключитесь к указанной конференции ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО, используя стартовый номер в качестве имени при вводе. Участник, который вошел в конференцию, но не может быть идентифицирован, будет дисквалифицирован. Связь, аудио и качество камеры будут проверены.

- Если возможно, мы рекомендуем размещать камеру горизонтально. Записывание участника другим лицом во время выступления допускается. Участник должен быть полностью размещен на изображении во время выступления. Убедитесь, что камера установлена правильно .

- Следите за объявлением вашего номера во время соревнований. Ведущий попросит вас включить камеру на вашем устройстве, которую вы должны подтвердить своей речью.
